- Design of products, injection moulds, overseeing manufacturing of moulds, erection commissioning of robots, automatic trimming, packing, sealing, ordering materials, quality control, etc.
Technical Adviser/Product Manager – Panduit AUST PTY LTD (1987 – 1988)- In charge of internet sales, product management, training of sales people on new product lines, conducting seminars, customer liaison
Product and Manufacturing Manager – Panduit Singapore PTY LTD (1981 – 1987)- Established a state of the art injection moulding plant, right from erection and commission, worked through various departments – tool room manager, technical adviser, marketing and product management
- Design of products, injection moulds, overseeing manufacturing of moulds, automatic trimming, packing, sealing, ordering materials, quality control and supervising 320 staff at the production department

- Encourage the community organistions to start language classes at the FIAV community hall successfully managed to launch, Tamil, Telegu, Hindi and Sanskrit to the future generation of Australian born Indians.
- The regional Victorian Indian associations were formed, encouraged to join FIAV to strengthen the community’s unity. Ballarat and Gippsland.

- Actively involved in organizing a fleet of 110 buses with drivers for transporting performers from various suburbs in Melbourne and for Indian performers from Ballarat to Melbourne every day
- Also appointed as the Vice Chairman for the 2010 Commonwealth Games Committee in India
- Coordinating between WIZCRAFT and SHIMAK DAWAR SCHOOL OF DANCES for the closing ceremony with local school children
